Why this information
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users consulting the GIURI website accessible electronically at the following address: www.giuri.eu
This information does not concern other websites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links that may be published on the websites but refer to resources outside GIURI's domain.

Origin - Navigation data
APRE informs you that the personal data provided by the User and acquired when requesting information and/or contact, by means of smartphones or any other tool used to access the Internet, as well as the so-called "surfing" data of the site by users, will be processed in compliance with the applicable regulations.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by the Data Controller or by third parties, make it possible to identify the users of the site. This category of data includes the "IP addresses" or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is, as a rule, used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check the correct operation of the www.giuri.eu website. It should be noted that the aforementioned data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer crimes against the Controller's site or other sites connected or linked to it.
Origin - Data provided by the user
APRE collects, stores and processes personal data for the purpose of providing the requested information on GIURI events and initiatives. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in individual sections of the Website, communication via social networks, etc., entails the subsequent acquisition of certain personal data, necessary to respond to requests.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
Data are processed for the following purposes

for the fulfilments related to the request to participate in institutional events, social activities or other activities of GIURI that might be of interest to the User;

to improve the quality of the communications sent by APRE by detecting the User's interest in the communication model for GIURI's initiatives.
For the purposes of point 1), the legal basis is the User's consent for point 2) the legal basis is the Owner's legitimate interest in improving the quality of its communication.
A specific information notice will be published on the GIURI website page for the provision of certain services or for the participation in specific initiatives.
Storage methods and times and security measures
The processing will take place by means of the collection of personal data online in the case of direct registration on the GIURI website by means of hardcopy in the case of conferences, information days and their subsequent entry into the Association's computer system. Personal data shall be processed exclusively by persons authorized to process them and appropriately trained, as well as by data processors bound to the data controller by a specific contract. The personal data processed will not be disseminated.
The processing is also carried out with the aid of electronic or in any case automated means and is carried out by the Data Controller and/or by third parties that the latter may use to store, manage and transmit the data.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant legislation.
Recipients of Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes indicated above, with:

subjects acting as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulations, such as persons, companies or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to APRE in accounting, administrative, legal matters;

parties with whom it is necessary to interact in order to provide the Services (e.g. hosting providers);

subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities such as the network administrator

entities or authorities, autonomous data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate Personal Data under provisions of law or orders of the authorities

persons authorised by APRE for the processing of Personal Data ex art. 29 of the Regulations, necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services, and who are committed to confidentiality (e.g. employees and collaborators of APRE)
Exercise of Users' Rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, the persons to whom the Personal Data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data at the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its supplementation, deletion, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, its processing. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personal www.garanteprivacy.it) pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.
Cookies
Cookies are strings of text that websites visited by users (so-called "publishers", or "first parties") or different websites or web servers (so-called "third parties") place and store inside the user's terminal device, so that they are then transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Cookies are used for different purposes: carrying out computer authentication, session monitoring, storing information on specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, storing preferences, or to facilitate the enjoyment of online content, such as keeping track of items in a shopping cart or information for filling out a computer form, etc.. Interaction with social networks and external platforms
The site, through widgets and buttons, may interact with external platforms and social networks. In this case, the information acquired depends on the settings of the profiles used by the user on each social network and not on the administrator of this site.

The link with Linkedin®, (and the links to other social networks that may be inserted over time) allow the user to interact with the GIURI page on the social network and share ideas, opinions or website topics with the respective social platforms and may collect data from the User. Please note that by using the dedicated page of GIURI on LinkedIn, you may insert content publicly available on the Internet. Before interacting with such areas, please carefully read the General Terms of Use of social, bearing in mind that, in certain circumstances, the information you post may be viewed by anyone and any information you include in your postings may be read, collected and used by third parties. More information can be obtained from the websites of the companies offering the service. Please note that in this case, during such browsing, personal data is not managed by GIURI, whose intervention is limited to making the link available via these buttons only to offer a further service to the User but has no control over them.
