Regione Autonoma della Sardegna
Regione Autonoma della Sardegna is one of the twenty Italian Regional Authorities. As such, it is endowed with legislative powers. Under the Italian Constitution, it is one of the five autonomous Regions having a larger scope in law-making powers. In EU’s policies framework, it is a NUTS 2 administrative level under Cohesion Policy, currently framed as a less developed region according to eligibility criteria 2021-2027, as well as a so-called “a” area within the EU State aid rules set in Italy's map for granting regional aid from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2027 under Article 107(3)(a) TFEU.
